Yes, we accept credit cards both on-site as well as over the phone.
How soon can you go out and inspect the houses?
Within 48-72 hours if we have an opening, which is subject to change.
How long will it take after the inspection for me to get the report?
The vast majority of reports will be made available same-day, but always within 24 hours.
Do your reports contain images?
Yes, our reports contain images and sometimes video, too.

Where does most of your business come from?
The majority of our business comes from Google.
What tools/equipment do you use for inspections?
Sewer cameras, drones, moisture meters, gas detectors, and general tools are used to complete the home inspection.
How long will the inspection take?
On average, the inspection will take anywhere from 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours.
Should I be present for the inspection?
I would recommend that you are present towards the end of the inspection at the very least for the walk-through.

Yes, our reports are web-based and always available online.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes, please call for availability.
Is there anything I should do on my end prior to the inspection taking place to ensure it can be completed properly?
Please ensure that all pre-inspection agreements are signed before the appointment. Ensure the property is available for the inspection and all utilities are on with your realtor.
